Request your initial report
Send an Intune or Configuration Manager export. Within five business days you get a PDF with the verdict split for your fleet, the identified savings floor with its sum check, the redeploy pool as upside, the calendar against the evidence, the cost of doing nothing and your Windows 11 readiness count, plus a 30-minute readout.
What the initial report contains
- The verdict split for your fleet
- How many devices to keep, redeploy, right-size and replace, by device class.
- Identified savings as a floor
- Deferred purchases, avoided wrong-size purchases and support hours removed, with the sum shown. The redeploy pool is shown separately as "up to" upside.
- The calendar against the evidence
- Devices due this year by your refresh rule, next to the devices the evidence says need replacing now.
- The cost of doing nothing
- Windows 10 Extended Security Update exposure if any Windows 10 devices remain, at the cumulative Microsoft price, and the aging devices you would keep in service, priced from your own service desk data.
- Windows 11 readiness count
- How many devices can take Windows 11 today, how many cannot, and how many still run Windows 10.
- The top findings worth acting on
- In plain words. For example, the engineering workstations that have run office work only for six months.
- A 30-minute readout call
- With your endpoint lead and your budget owner, walking the numbers and the assumptions behind them.
Timing and who it is for
Delivered as a PDF within five business days of receiving your export. For fleets of 1,000 managed devices and up. Smaller fleets can still ask, and we will tell you if the numbers are too thin to be useful.
How the data moves
- You submit the form below. Nothing is uploaded on this website.
- Within one business day a person replies with a secure upload link and the export steps for your platform. If you want a data processing agreement first, we sign yours before anything moves.
- Your endpoint team runs the export, removes user names and email addresses if you prefer, and sends the files through the link. The report does not need them.
- Within five business days of receiving the export you get the PDF and a 30-minute readout with your endpoint lead and your budget owner.
Data handling
The export is read in a US or EU region we operate, as you choose, or in your own Azure tenant, under a data processing agreement. Access is read-only and nothing is written back. We agree the retention and deletion terms with you before you send the export. The full list of what we read and what is never collected is on the security page.
Export steps, by platform
You will receive these steps with your secure upload link. Export effort depends on the inventory and analytics your platform already collects.
Microsoft Intune
- Sign in to the Microsoft Intune admin center.
- Go to Devices, then All devices. Choose Columns and add every field offered, apply, then Export. Intune downloads a zipped CSV with model, serial number, OS version, enrollment date, storage and TPM fields. The standard export lacks CPU model and RAM. Supply those through the properties catalog or the Advanced Analytics resource performance report where available.
- If you have Endpoint analytics, go to Reports, Endpoint analytics, Startup performance, then the Device performance tab, and export the results.
- Send both files through the upload link.
Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Open Resource Explorer or your reporting services point.
- Export Computer System, Operating System, Video Controller and Installed Software for the collection you want scored.
- Or run a read-only query on the v_R_System, v_GS_COMPUTER_SYSTEM, v_GS_OPERATING_SYSTEM and v_GS_VIDEO_CONTROLLER views and export the result to CSV. A sample query is in the Configuration Manager guide.
- Send the files through the upload link.
Jamf, Workspace ONE and other platforms: send the device inventory export your console produces, with model, purchase or enrollment date, operating system, processor, memory and installed applications where available. We confirm the columns we need in our reply.

After the initial report
How an engagement runsThe initial report is what you get first. The Verdict Assessment adds every device with its verdict and reason, the refresh plan by quarter, assumptions checked against your own prices and labor rates, and an analyst-checked readout for finance. If the identified floor does not justify a subscription, we say so and recommend you do not subscribe. Commercial terms are set in the statement of work.
