Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using QueryNow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
Services
QueryNow provides AI implementation services, including M365 Copilot deployment, custom agent development, and business process automation. Our services are provided subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.
Build Services
We scope one workflow with you and sign an agreement defining the deliverables and the acceptance criteria you sign off on. We build it in your environment in two weeks. The fee for one workflow is $10,000. Portfolio scale across multiple workflows is priced separately by agreement.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for your organization. QueryNow retains ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and reusable components.
Confidentiality
We will execute mutual non-disclosure agreements before beginning discovery work. All client information is treated as confidential and protected according to our security policies.
Warranty and Liability
We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.
Payment Terms
Nothing is due upfront. The $10,000 fee for a workflow is invoiced only after every acceptance criterion in the signed agreement is met. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
