How much does AI implementation cost?
At QueryNow, one production AI workflow costs $10,000, and you pay it only after the system passes the acceptance criteria you signed before we started. Nothing upfront. Most buyers ask this question first, so here are all of our prices, what moves the cost, and what you pay to run AI after launch.
Our published prices
Paid only after every acceptance criterion passes
We scope one workflow with you, sign the acceptance criteria on day one, and build it in your environment in two weeks. Nothing upfront.
Details →Five days, refunded if it finds less than 10 staff hours a week
A working prototype on your own redacted documents, a ranked list of workflows with the hours each one costs, and a fixed build quote. The sprint fee comes off the build.
Details →Half to start, half when the sprint criteria pass
One production workflow wired into the agency management system and email, with an audit log and a staff-hours report.
Details →Optional, after launch
Monitoring, fixes, prompt and model updates as better models arrive, and a monthly report on hours returned.

How many systems the workflow touches
An agent that reads email and writes one document is quick. One that reads three systems and writes back to two of them takes more integration and more testing.
How clean the source documents are
Consistent PDFs and structured records cost less than scanned paper, handwriting or a decade of inconsistent templates.
How much risk sits in the output
Anything that reaches a customer, a regulator or the ledger needs a named approver and an audit trail. That control work is part of the build.
Whether access is ready
If the agent needs its own login, scoped permissions and logging set up from scratch, that comes first. Our readiness check shows where you stand.
Not sure where you stand? The readiness check scores your data access, approvals and agent access in about three minutes.
What AI costs to run after launch
Model usage
You pay the AI provider for the tokens each run uses. For document workflows this is usually small next to the staff time saved, and we estimate it from your real volume during scoping.
Hosting
Agents run in your Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud tenant, so hosting appears on your existing cloud bill.
Upkeep
Prompts and rules need occasional updates when forms, carriers or regulations change. You can own that in house or use the monthly run plan.
Questions about cost
How much does it cost to implement AI in a business?
At QueryNow, one production AI workflow costs $10,000, paid only after it passes the acceptance criteria you signed. Independent insurance agencies can start with a $2,500 five-day sprint that is refunded if it does not find 10 staff hours a week. Running costs after launch are model usage and hosting on your own cloud, plus optional support.
How much does an AI consultant cost?
Many consultants bill by the hour or by the phase, so the total depends on how long the work takes. We price per workflow instead, so the number is fixed before we start and you only pay when the system works.
Why pay per workflow instead of hourly?
A fixed price tied to acceptance criteria puts the delivery risk on us. You know the cost up front, and if the workflow does not pass the tests you signed off on, you do not pay.
Is AI worth the cost for a small business?
It is worth it when one workflow eats many staff hours every week and has a clear right answer someone can check. Measure the hours first. If the numbers do not justify a build, we will say so.
Are there hidden costs?
The build price is fixed. After launch you pay your AI provider for usage and your cloud provider for hosting, both on your own accounts so you see every line. Support is optional.
