Managed AI Operations

We run, monitor and improve your agents after launch.

After launch we run your agents in your own environment and report on them every month against the acceptance criteria you signed. When a model or one of your rules changes, we retest before the change reaches your users.

Managed AI Operations

What the work covers

Monitoring

Volume, accuracy and the share of work a person corrected, tracked for every agent we run.

Retesting on change

The acceptance tests run again when a model version, one of your rules or a connected system changes.

Monthly reporting

A report each month on what every agent handled and how accurate it was, measured against the criteria you signed.

Improvement

Changes to prompts, retrieval and workflow steps when your team's corrections show a pattern.

Handover

The code, documentation and runbooks stay in your accounts, so your own team can take over whenever you decide.

Agents as a service

For teams that want agents built and run as one service, measured against your criteria.

How an engagement starts

From the first call to a workflow in daily use.

Every engagement starts with one scoped workflow and a written definition of done. Commercial terms are set in the statement of work.

  1. First call

    A conversation with our team

You tell us about the program or the workflow you have in mind, the systems involved and who checks the work today.

  2. Scoping

    One scoped workflow

We agree which workflow comes first and what done looks like for it: the inputs, the outputs, the accuracy it must reach and where a person approves the result.

  3. Before the build

    A written definition of done

The acceptance criteria go into the statement of work with the deliverables and the commercial terms. Nothing is built before both sides sign.

  4. Delivery

Build, then run or hand over

We build in your environment and test against the criteria you signed. Then we run the workflow for you, or your own team takes it over with the documentation.
