What we do
AI agents as a service: we build the agent and keep it running for you.
One AI agent takes on one job your team does by hand. We set it up in your systems, then run it for a flat monthly fee and update it when your forms or rules change. A person on your team approves every result.

Case studiesWhat we want from you
Tell us the job you want an agent to do every day.
With AI agents as a service, QueryNow builds an AI agent for one job your team does by hand and then runs it for you inside your Microsoft 365 or cloud account. You pay a one-time setup and a flat monthly fee. When your forms or rules change, we update the agent, and a person on your team approves every result.
Why AI agents stall after the demo.
Nobody owns it after launch
The agent works in week one. In month three a form changes, accuracy drops and nobody on staff knows how to fix it.
Bills that swing
Pricing by usage makes the monthly cost hard to predict, so finance hesitates to approve a second agent.
Models keep changing
AI providers retire model versions on a schedule. Someone has to retest the agent on your cases before each switch.
IT has no time
A small IT team is busy keeping the business running. An agent that needs regular attention lands at the bottom of their list.
What is AI agents as a service?
AI agents as a service means a provider builds an AI agent for your business and then runs it for you on a subscription. You pay a one-time fee to set the agent up and a monthly fee while it works. Your team approves the results, and the provider keeps the agent accurate.
Some vendors use the term for a ready-made agent you rent inside their software. Ours are built for your workflow. Each agent runs in your own Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud account, the code sits in your repository and we operate it for you.

How the setup fee is paid.
Small and mid-size firms, about 10 to 150 people, in insurance, accounting, law, staffing, medical and dental practices, financial advice, property management, freight brokerage and retail pay a setup from $7,500. Half is due at the start and half when the acceptance tests pass. Each agent then costs $1,200 a month.
These firms can start with our $2,500 five-day sprint, refunded if it finds less than 10 staff hours a week, and the sprint fee comes off the setup. The sprint uses redacted sample documents, or samples with made-up details for patient and tax records, so no live client data is needed to start.
Larger companies, manufacturers, preclinical CROs and pharma companies pay a $10,000 setup, due only after every acceptance test passes. Nothing is paid upfront. Member organizations on Zoho get a setup quote after we have seen their Zoho, and Zoho administration stays a separate retainer from $750 a month.
Monthly prices for larger companies.
Larger companies, manufacturers, CROs and pharma companies pay by band. The highest band that applies sets the price, and we fix it in writing before you sign. An item is one unit of work, such as one request, one invoice or one claim.
| Monthly | What it fits |
|---|---|
| $1,200 | Up to 600 items a month, written into one system |
| $1,800 | 601 to 2,000 items a month, or an agent that writes into two or more of your systems |
| $2,500 | 2,001 to 4,000 items a month, or work that needs a monthly evidence pack for auditors, such as GxP records or sponsor audits |
| Quoted | More than 4,000 items a month |
What the monthly fee does not cover.
Model usage and hosting run on your own cloud bill, because the agent lives in your account. For document work this is usually small next to the monthly fee, and we estimate it from your volume before you sign.
A second job is a second agent with its own setup. If you want the agent to take on a different job, we price that change the same way.
A flat monthly fee, a price per result or the build alone.
If you would rather pay only for work that passes, Results as a Service charges a fixed price for each passing result with a $1,200 monthly minimum. A flat fee suits steady volume, and a price per result suits volume that swings.
If your own team will run the agent, you can buy the build alone and skip the monthly fee. And if you need several agents plus someone to own AI across the company, our AI as a Service plans cover that.
What the monthly fee covers.
Daily running
We monitor the run logs and look into every failed item. If a connected system is down, we rerun the affected work once it is back. Support hours are agreed before you sign.
Monthly accuracy check
We rerun your test set each month and show you the pass rate, so you can see the agent has not drifted.
Rule and template changes
When a form or an internal policy changes, we update the agent for the same job.
Model updates
When a provider retires a model or a better one arrives, we test it on your cases first and switch only if it scores as well or better.
A monthly report
Volume, pass rate, corrections made by your staff and the staff hours the agent gave back.
One person who knows your agent
Your team emails one person at QueryNow who knows how your agent works and what changed last month.

From one job to a running agent.
Scope and sign
Send us the job and a rough monthly volume, and we send a fixed setup and monthly price within 48 hours. We sign the acceptance tests with you before anything starts.
Build and test
We build the agent in your environment with its own identity and an approval step, then run the acceptance tests with your team.
Run every month
The monthly fee starts once the agent passes its tests. You can stop with 30 days notice, and the agent and its code stay in your account.
Setup is a one-time fee for building the agent in your systems. The monthly fee starts after the agent passes the acceptance tests you signed. It pays for running and upkeep and stays fixed for the volume we agreed. Model usage and hosting stay on your own cloud bill.

What is AI agents as a service?
A provider builds an AI agent for one of your jobs and runs it for you for a monthly fee. At QueryNow you pay a one-time setup from $7,500 and a monthly fee from $1,200 per agent. The agent runs in your own cloud account, and a person on your team approves its results.
How much do AI agents as a service cost?
Small and mid-size firms pay a setup from $7,500 and $1,200 a month per agent. Larger companies, manufacturers, CROs and pharma companies pay a $10,000 setup once the acceptance tests pass, then $1,200, $1,800 or $2,500 a month by volume, by how many systems the agent writes to and by whether auditors need a monthly evidence pack. Model usage and hosting are billed by your cloud provider.
How is this different from Results as a Service?
AI agents as a service is a flat monthly fee, the same every month for the agreed volume. Results as a Service charges a fixed price for each result that passes its checks, with a $1,200 monthly minimum. Steady volume usually fits the flat fee, and volume that swings fits the price per result.
Can we stop the monthly service?
Yes, with 30 days notice. The agent and its code stay in your account, so your team can keep running it or switch it off.
Who owns the agent and the data?
You do. The agent runs in your Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS or Google Cloud account under its own identity, and the code sits in your repository. We operate it with access you grant and can remove at any time.
Do you rent us a ready-made agent?
Each agent is built for your job, on your documents and your rules, and tested on your own cases before the monthly fee starts. We reuse what we have learned from similar jobs, so setup is quicker, but the agent is yours.
What happens when the agent gets something wrong?
A person on your team approves each result, so a wrong draft gets corrected before it goes out. We log each correction, fix the cause and add the case to your test set so the monthly check catches it next time.
Which industries have published prices?
Insurance agencies, accounting firms, law firms, staffing agencies, medical and dental practices, financial advisors, property managers, freight brokers, retailers, member organizations, manufacturers, preclinical CROs and pharma companies. If your industry is not on the list, send us the job and we will price it the same way.
Tell us the job and how many come in each month.
We reply within 4 business hours and send a fixed setup and monthly price within 48. The monthly fee only starts once the agent passes the tests you signed.
