Pay when it works. Not before.
Most AI projects ask you to pay for effort. We ask you to pay for a result you defined. You sign the acceptance criteria before we start, we build in your environment for two weeks, and the $10,000 is due only when every criterion passes.
Not sure yet? Find your first build in three taps.
How the payment works
Day 1, we write the acceptance criteria with you in plain language: what the tool must do, how accurate it must be, where a human stays in the loop, and what it may never do. You sign them. So do we.
Days 2 to 13, we build the tool inside your tenant and test it against your own data and every criterion. You see progress as it happens, not a slide deck at the end.
Day 14, we run the criteria together. If all of them pass, the $10,000 is due. If one fails, you owe nothing for the build.
Why we can offer it
We have shipped more than 200 production deployments since 2014, for clients including Bayer, Takeda, Rockwell Automation, Burckhardt Compression and Tillotts Pharma. We only take a workflow we can scope tightly enough to sign criteria for. That discipline is the whole trick: a narrow, testable target beats a broad, hopeful one.
Larger programs run as a series of these two-week builds, each with its own signed criteria and its own payment on acceptance.
What makes a good first workflow
The best first builds share four traits:
- A clear input and output, such as a document in and a decision or draft out
- A volume that hurts, from dozens a week to thousands
- A person who checks the work today and can judge whether it passed
- Data the tool can reach without a six-month integration project
Your work goes in. It comes out passed.
- Day 1
Scope it and sign.
You tell us the workflow. We write the acceptance criteria it has to meet and we both sign before anything starts.
- Days 2 to 13
We build it in your environment.
A working tool, inside your tenant, tested against your own data and every criterion you signed.
- Day 14
You pay when it works.
$10,000, due only after every criterion is met. If one is not met, you owe nothing.
Questions buyers ask
What exactly do I pay if the build fails?
Nothing for the build. The $10,000 is due only after every signed acceptance criterion passes. If one fails, you owe nothing for that build.
Who decides whether a criterion passed?
You do, together with us, against the criteria you signed on day one. They are written to be testable, for example "flags every claim without an approved reference in a 50-asset sample."
Where does the tool run?
In your environment, on your cloud tenant. We build systems to SOC 2, HIPAA and GDPR standards, and every implementation is aligned with the EU AI Act.
Is $10,000 the price for every workflow?
It is the price for one scoped, two-week workflow. Bigger or multi-system work is scoped as several builds, each priced and paid on acceptance.
