The problem

Why AI work stalls in companies with a small IT team.

01

AI sits behind the ticket queue

The IT team keeps the business running. AI requests wait behind password resets and new laptops, month after month.

02

Staff use AI tools nobody approved

People paste work into free chatbots because no tool was approved. Client data can end up somewhere it should not.

03

Licenses nobody checks

Copilot or ChatGPT seats went out to many people, and nobody has looked at who actually uses them.

04

No owner for the results

The owner or the board asks what AI is doing for the business, and nobody can answer with numbers.

The short answer

What is AI as a Service?

Most of the time, AI as a Service means renting AI from a cloud provider, such as a model you call through Azure, AWS or Google Cloud. That gives you the engine. Someone still has to pick the work, connect your systems, set the rules for staff and keep the agents running.

Our AI as a Service covers that work. QueryNow becomes your part-time AI team for a monthly fee and works alongside your IT staff or your outside IT provider. A named AI lead oversees your agents, and each month we report what they did.

Plans and prices

Two monthly plans, one setup fee.

Both plans start with the same two-week setup. Pick the one that matches how much AI work you want done each quarter.

Who it is for

Signs that AI as a Service fits your company.

Your IT team is a few people

They already work flat out on the systems you have. Adding AI projects on top means something else slips.

An outside provider runs your IT

Your managed service provider looks after devices and the network. AI work sits outside their contract, or they lack the people for it.

Staff already use AI on their own

You need an approved tool and a short policy before client or patient data ends up in a free chatbot.

You want results this year

Leadership wants AI doing real work in the business, with numbers each month, and nobody internal has the time to own it.

Working with your IT team

Your IT team stays in charge of your systems.

We work inside your Microsoft 365 or cloud account with access your IT team grants and can remove. Each agent gets its own identity with the least access its job needs. We ask your IT lead before we change anything in your tenant.

We do not take over your help desk or your network. If an outside provider runs those today, they keep running them, and we work with them on access and security reviews.

Terms

The terms in plain words.

Setup is $2,500, paid at the start. Monthly billing and the three-month minimum begin when the two-week setup is complete, whether or not an agent is live yet. So the minimum commitment is $13,000 on the AI team plan and $25,000 on the plan with builds, before provider charges. After three months the plan runs month to month, and you can stop with 30 days notice. Agents, code and documents stay in your accounts when you leave.

Each included agent is covered at the $1,200 service level, which is what small and mid-size firms pay per agent. For larger companies, manufacturers, CROs and pharma companies, an agent in the $1,800 band adds $600 a month and one in the $2,500 band adds $1,300, as set out on our AI agents as a service page. An agent above 4,000 items a month is quoted separately. Model usage, hosting and licenses such as Microsoft 365 Copilot are billed to you by the provider.

On the plan with builds, a quarter is three paid months and each included build is one agreed job, scoped like a standard setup. An unused build carries over to the next quarter once. The plan runs up to 4 agents at a time, and before a fifth goes live we agree which one to retire or add its monthly fee.

How it works

What every plan includes.

A named AI lead

One person at QueryNow who knows your business, joins your monthly leadership session and answers your staff's AI questions by email.

An AI use policy

A short policy your staff can follow on which AI tools are approved and what data may go into them.

Tool approvals

When a team asks for a new AI tool, we check its data terms and settings and tell you whether to approve it.

Seat reviews

Each quarter we check who uses their Copilot or ChatGPT licenses and recommend which seats to move or drop.

Agents run for you

Monitoring, fixes, monthly accuracy checks and model updates for the agents in your plan.

A monthly report

What each agent handled, its pass rate, the staff hours it gave back and the next jobs on the list.

Our method

What happens in the first three months.

01

Setup

Weeks 1 and 2

We list the AI tools your staff already use and review access and data. Then we write a one-page AI use policy with you and rank the jobs worth automating by the staff hours they take.

02

First agent

Weeks 3 to 6

On the plan with builds, we build the first agent from the top of that list. On the AI team plan, we price it as a standard setup and build it once you approve.

03

First leadership review

Month 3

We review the agents' results and the staff hours they saved with the owner or the board. Then we agree what to build next.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers ask.

What is AI as a Service?

Usually it means renting AI models or tools from a cloud provider. At QueryNow it means a part-time AI team for a monthly fee, working alongside your IT staff. We build and run the agents your business needs and look after the AI tools your staff already use.

What is SI as a Service?

SI stands for Super Intelligence. Under Executive Order 14434, signed on September 29, 2026, the federal government uses Super Intelligence as its official name for AI, with the same legal definition. SI as a Service and AI as a Service describe the same offer on this page. We help companies use AI well, and we do not claim to build superintelligence.

How much does AI as a Service cost?

Setup is $2,500. The AI team plan is $3,500 a month and runs up to 2 agents. The plan with builds is $7,500 a month and adds one new agent every quarter with no setup fee. Both have a three-month minimum, and model usage, hosting and software licenses are billed to you by the provider.

Our IT team is two people. Is that enough?

Yes. We need one person who can grant access in Microsoft 365 or your cloud account, and that can be an outside IT provider. We do the AI work, and they approve the access it needs.

Will you replace our IT provider?

We do not run your help desk or your network. We take on the AI work and coordinate with whoever runs your IT today.

Should we hire an AI engineer instead?

Hiring makes sense once AI work fills a full-time job and you have someone to manage that person. Until then, a monthly plan gives you a lead and builders for the hours you need, and you can stop after the first three months.

What happens to our agents if we stop?

They stay in your accounts with their code and documentation. Your team can keep running them or switch them off, and any of them can move to our single-agent monthly plan.

Tell us about your IT team and the AI work waiting for it.

We reply within 4 business hours. Before you sign, we recommend a plan and confirm its total cost.
