Questions agency owners ask
Which management systems do you work with?
Applied Epic, Vertafore AMS360 and Sagitta, HawkSoft, EZLynx and QQCatalyst, plus Outlook and Gmail. The sprint confirms the connection path for your setup before we quote a build. Many workflows start in email and documents, so you do not need to give us system access to begin.
What happens to our client data?
Sprint work uses redacted samples. Builds run in your Microsoft 365 or cloud tenant or in a dedicated environment, with logging on every action. Nothing is used to train public models. We sign your data processing agreement, including GDPR terms for UK and EU agencies.
Does the agent send anything without a person checking?
Not unless you decide it should. Certificates, endorsements and client emails queue for one-click approval until your team trusts the output on a given workflow.
We are a 25-person agency. Is this for us?
Yes. The work pays for itself when it gives back 10 hours a week, which a single busy CSR desk usually covers. Below about 15 staff the numbers get thin and we will tell you so.
What if the sprint finds nothing worth building?
You get the $2,500 back. The guarantee is 10 staff hours a week of recoverable work, written down with the numbers behind it.
