What we do
AI for freight brokers: carrier vetting files ready before your compliance desk opens the packet.
Agents for freight brokerages and asset-light 3PLs. They work inside the TMS and vetting tools you already use, and a named person on your team approves every carrier and every payment.

$2,500five-day sprint
Full refund if we do not find 10 staff hours a week. The fee comes off the build.
- Brokerage buildsper workflow, half to start and half when the acceptance criteria pass
- from $7,500
- Running it after launch, optional
- $1,200 a month
Experience in other industries
QueryNow clients include Bayer and Takeda, and we have shipped 200+ production systems since 2014. Those clients are in other industries, and we have no freight case study yet. For a brokerage, the fairest test is your own paperwork, so the sprint runs on your redacted carrier packets and invoices before you commit to a build.

Three requests from a normal Monday morning
Pick one from the inbox to see what the agent prepares before anyone on your team touches it.
We want to run your Dallas to Atlanta reefer lane. Carrier packet attached. Can we start Thursday?
Prepared by the agent
- Authority active 14 months, phone matches the FMCSA record
- Flag: email domain registered 9 days ago
- Certificate read, confirmation requested from the insurer
- Waiting for compliance: 2 of 11 checks need a person
- Today
- A compliance specialist works through the packet, the FMCSA record, the vetting platform and a call or email to the insurer, then chases the carrier for what is missing.
- With the agent
- Reads the packet, checks FMCSA records, your vetting platform and the insurer, writes a vetting file against your carrier standard and queues it for a named person to approve.
Examples use invented names and figures.
The agent prepares the work. A named person on your team approves it.
The agent checks documents against your written rules and drafts the next step for your team. It never approves a carrier, sets a price, releases a payment, changes a remit-to account or authorizes a reroute. Each of those stays a decision for a named person, and the file shows who made it and why.
Since Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II in May 2026, a broker's choice of carrier can be tested in a state negligence suit after a truck crash. The agent applies your carrier standard the same way on every carrier, keeps the evidence with sources and times, and never relaxes the standard to cover a load. Your transportation counsel and your liability underwriter should set that standard, and we build to it.
We work across the systems you already pay for, from your TMS and vetting platform to your load boards and inbox. Where your TMS vendor's own AI does a job well, use it. Vetting data comes through your licensed integrations and FMCSA's own services, so nothing depends on copying a vendor's web pages.

15 minutes with Mahesh. He will ask about how many carriers you set up and loads you move each week, and which TMS and vetting tools you use. You leave with a rough hours estimate and a straight answer on whether a first project makes sense. No pitch deck.
Questions freight brokers ask
Which TMS and vetting tools do you work with?
We scope builds for broker TMS platforms such as McLeod PowerBroker, Descartes Aljex, Turvo, Tai TMS and Rose Rocket, alongside vetting platforms such as Highway, Truckstop RMIS, Carrier Assure and MyCarrierPortal. The sprint confirms the connection path for your setup before we quote a build. Many workflows start in email and documents, so you do not need to give us system access to begin.
Does the agent approve carriers or release payments on its own?
No. Carrier approvals, prices, payments, remit-to changes and reroutes stay with named people on your team. The agent prepares the file and the evidence and queues it for them.
What happens to our data?
Sprint work uses redacted samples of your carrier packets and invoices. Builds run in your own Microsoft 365 or cloud tenant, or in a dedicated environment. The build agreement sets out where it is hosted and what is logged. Before go-live we confirm the model provider's terms bar training on your data.
We are a small brokerage. Is this for us?
Fit depends on workflow volume and review time more than headcount. The sprint counts the recoverable hours in your own workflows and sets their value against the build and running costs. If the numbers do not work, we will tell you so.
What if the sprint finds nothing worth building?
You get a full refund if we do not find 10 staff hours a week, and we write the hours down with the numbers behind them.
Guides for brokerage owners
Guides for brokerage owners on documenting how you select carriers and on cutting the manual work around each load.
All four guides- How freight brokers should vet carriers after Montgomery: a written process an agent can runFraud now gets past the paper checks, and since May 2026 a broker's choice of carrier can be tested in a state negligence suit after a truck crash. Here is a vetting process you can write down, and where the agent's work stops and your compliance desk takes over.
- How to automate load tender and quote request emails without giving up pricing controlA rep hired to price freight can spend much of the day reading requests and retyping orders. Here is how to split tender and quote work between an agent and your reps, and the controls an inbox needs once an agent reads it.
- How to audit carrier invoices and accessorials against the POD before you payBilling is where a missed detail becomes money paid that the evidence never supported, or a valid charge nobody billed. Here is how to split the audit between an agent and your billing team, with the payment controls that protect you.
- How to cut check calls without losing track of the load or the freightTracking apps took away many check calls. Loads without tracking and the customer updates are still manual work, and reroute requests have become a route to theft. Here is what an agent can take and what stays with your desk.
