Terms of Service

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using QueryNow's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services

QueryNow provides AI implementation services, including M365 Copilot deployment, custom agent development, and business process automation. Our services are provided subject to the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

Assessment Services

Our 2-Week AI Assessment is provided for a fixed fee of $9,500. Deliverables include current state assessment, reference architecture, compliance mapping, ROI model, and implementation plan. If you choose to proceed with implementation, the assessment fee is credited toward the project cost.

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own all custom code, configurations, and deliverables created specifically for your organization. QueryNow retains ownership of our methodologies, frameworks, templates, and reusable components.

Confidentiality

We will execute mutual non-disclosure agreements before beginning discovery work. All client information is treated as confidential and protected according to our security policies.

Warranty and Liability

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific services that gave rise to the claim.

Payment Terms

Assessment fee is due before work begins. Implementation projects are typically billed in milestones aligned with our 90-day delivery phases. Payment terms are Net 30 unless otherwise agreed.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
