Suppressed listings fixed from your own product data, approved before anything changes

A listing drops out of Amazon search. Someone works out which attribute is missing and finds the right value in a spreadsheet or the PIM before editing the listing. A week later the next feed overwrites the fix, and the same gap turns up on Walmart. The agent traces each issue back to your product data and drafts one fix for every SKU and channel it touches.

Examples use invented names and figures.

What the agent does

  1. Step 1Watches the channels

Listing issues from Amazon, Walmart, Google Merchant Center and Shopify, including the search and listing suppressions that Amazon reports through its Selling Partner API.

  2. Step 2Finds the cause

Each issue is matched to the SKU and its variation family in your product data, whether that lives in a PIM or a spreadsheet, and checked against the channel's required attributes.

  3. Step 3Drafts the fix

One change at the source, pushed to every affected SKU and channel. New SKU listings are drafted from supplier specs in the same way.

  4. Step 4Submits after approval

A person approves the batch. The agent submits it, checks that the issue cleared and keeps a rollback list of the previous values.

What stays with your team

Origin claims such as Made in USA stay with a person, along with any health or safety claim, compliance documents, prices and images. So do brand and IP disputes. The agent can draft an appeal or a plan of action for Amazon, and a person reviews and submits it.

What we measure
  • Suppressed or blocked listings open at the end of each week
  • Days from issue to fix
  • SKUs fixed per approval
  • New SKUs live per week
  • Fixes approved without edits

Questions about this agent

Do we need a PIM?

No. A clean master sheet works. The sprint shows what a PIM would add for your catalog, and the agent works with either.

Will it write product descriptions?

It drafts them from your specs and the claims you have already approved, and it flags any new wording for a person to review. AI drafts can contain errors, so a person approves every description before it goes live.

Can it fix Amazon account health?

It can watch the Account Health metrics and draft responses. Appeals and plans of action go out under a person's name, after that person has read them.
