Candidate submittals written up and formatted before the recruiter hits send
Every recruiter writes submittals, and clients judge the agency by them. The facts already sit in the ATS and the job order, so most of the work is rebuilding them in the client's format. The agent drafts the write-up with a source for each claim. The recruiter decides who is submitted and sends every one.
Examples use invented names and figures.
What the agent does
- Step 1Reads the inputs
The resume, the recruiter's screening notes, the ATS profile and the job order, including the client's template and the VMS request type.
- Step 2Drafts the write-up
A short fit summary built only from recorded facts, with each claim linked to its source. Must-haves without a source are marked unconfirmed, and conflicts between the resume and the notes are listed at the top.
- Step 3Formats and fills
The resume goes into the client template with contact details removed where the client requires it. The VMS fields and the rates section are prepared for the request type.
- Step 4Queues it for the recruiter
The recruiter reviews the draft beside its sources and flags, then edits and submits it. Nothing reaches a client or a VMS without that step.
Who gets submitted, the rate, anything about work authorization and every send stay with the recruiter. The agent never scores, ranks, recommends or rejects a candidate, so the write-up stays a factual draft and the hiring judgment stays with a person.
- Minutes per submittal before and after
- Share sent without edits
- Unsupported claims per submittal, target zero
- Client rejections for format or missing fields
Questions about this agent
Does the agent rank or score candidates?
No. It drafts a factual write-up for a candidate the recruiter already chose to submit. A score that recruiters sort by is the kind of tool New York City's Local Law 144 targets, so we keep scoring out of scope.
Does it work with our ATS and VMS?
The sprint checks how your ATS and each client VMS can be reached before we quote a build. If your ATS already drafts submittals well through its own AI features, we set that up and measure it instead of building.
What about right to represent confirmations?
For IT and professional roles, the agent drafts the right to represent email from the order details and tracks the reply. The recruiter sends it, and the confirmation is stored with the submittal.
