Credentialing packets assembled and checked before your compliance team opens the file

A start date depends on a complete file, and one missing titer can push it back. Specialists spend their day reading uploads and writing to clinicians about what is missing. The agent does that reading and drafts the packet. Your specialist verifies credentials and decides who is clear to start.

Examples use invented names and figures.

What the agent does

  1. Step 1Reads the uploads

Licenses, BLS and ACLS cards, immunization records, TB tests, physicals and facility forms, from your portal, email or the ATS.

  2. Step 2Extracts and checks

Names, license and card numbers, issuers and expiration dates, compared with the facility checklist. Missing items and anything that expires during the assignment are flagged.

  3. Step 3Drafts the chase and the packet

A specific message to the clinician listing exactly what is missing, and the packet assembled in the order the facility or its VMS requires.

  4. Step 4Queues it for the specialist

The specialist reviews the documents against the checklist, with the flags on top. She runs primary source verification and signs the file off.

What stays with your team

Primary source verification, background check review and any adverse action, I-9 document examination and the decision that a clinician is clear to start all stay with your team. The agent prepares the file and shows what is still open.

What we measure
  • Days from offer to cleared file
  • Files complete on first submission to the facility
  • Credentials caught 30 days before they expire
  • Chase messages per file

Questions about this agent

Does it work for light industrial onboarding too?

Yes. Tax forms, I-9 tracking, policy acknowledgments and safety orientation records follow the same pattern. The agent lists what each new hire is missing and drafts reminders, and a person examines the I-9 documents.

How do you handle health records and background reports?

Sprint work uses redacted samples. Builds run in your Microsoft 365 or cloud tenant or in a dedicated environment, with logging on every action. Before go-live we confirm the model provider's terms bar training on your data. Before deployment we agree with you which folders the agent may open and how long records are kept.

Our ATS has a credentialing module. Do we need this?

Maybe not. Some platforms, Ceipal among them, sell healthcare credentialing and compliance. The sprint checks what yours covers, and we build only where a gap remains, for example reading uploads against facility-specific checklists.
